What is "off page" SEO?
Off page SEO is all the stuff that goes on outside of the website in question. This mainly involves links coming in from other websites, which point to the website in question and give it a boost. Links can come from an array of different places and there are certain things to take into account.
Backlinks
Backlinks are one way links from other web pages. They come in may forms and are the backbone of good SEO practice. The higher the quality the backlink the better, and high quality backlinks aren't so easy to come by. The top websites will find themselves in a race to see who can acquire the most backlinks and stay ahead of the competition.
Reciprocal Links
Reciprocal links are link "exchanges". These happen when two website owners get together and decide it would be beneficial for both parties to exchange links. I link to your website, you link to mine? Sure!
Anchor Text
